Mr Fahrenheit Pizza began with a Queen song, a desire to bring people together, and a love of high quality pizza. Our pizza is the freshest and tastiest you will find. We use the best quality Irish and Italian ingredients wherever we can, to give you the perfect slice every time. All our dough, toppings and sauces are prepared in store, by hand. Our signature dough is made with the finest Polselli flour and fermented for 48 hours. This enhances the flavour, and helps us achieve an impeccably light and crispy pizza. Our main cheese is a small batch Italian fior di latte mozzarella with excellent taste and stretch. Our pizzas are fire baked in a wickedly hot Woodstone oven, producing delicious pizza that is as great when it is delivered, as it was when it left the oven.
